excellent customer servicegreat cafehot roomone hour slot
I enjoyed the excellent customer service from the reception staff. The bar and cafe were great. It was lovely to have a drink before going to my room. The room gave me the 'wow' factor upon entering, it was PERFECT!!!
The air conditioning was not working properly. The room was too hot. It was difficult to plan my spa visit because I could only book a one-hour slot after checking in.
